About Us

Merging award-winning art + design talent with in-depth technical knowledge

Patten Studio creates new interactive experiences and user interfaces.

We take an interdisciplinary approach, combining skill in interaction design and graphic design with expertise in software and electrical engineering to meet the needs of each project. We develop interactive surfaces such as tables and walls for public spaces such as museums, as well as for industrial applications. We also develop and license custom sensing technologies for interactive applications. We are committed to changing the way people think about computers by creating innovative alternatives to the ubiquitous keyboard and mouse.

If you are looking to add a beautiful, engaging and playful interactive experience for visitors to your store, museum, gallery, lobby, restaurant or bar, please contact us to discuss your needs. Likewise, if you are looking for an interactive tabletop tool to help your organization collaborate, plan, run simulations or visualize complex data, we can help you.
